Nu Visions Manufacturing, LLC, Names Sajjad Malik as Senior Vice President

SPRINGFIELD, Mass.-November 25, 2005 -Nu Visions Manufacturing, LLC, a leading ISO-certified provider of electronic manufacturing services, announced Sajjad Malik as senior vice president, reporting to Dan Perez, Nu Visions' president and CEO. He will start his new role effective immediately.

From 2000 to 2004, Malik served as Solectron's Vice President and General Manager, Global Business Unit. Sajjad was responsible for integrating seven manufacturing and technology sites into one effective business unit. He delivered record revenue growth during his tenure compared with all other entities within the corporation.

"With more than 20 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing service industry, Sajjad is a seasoned senior executive with a proven track record of creatively building sustainable growth and shareowner value," said Perez. "He's an expert at harnessing an organization's resources and building teams to develop focused action plans that ultimately achieve unprecedented results. Prior to his role as Vice President and General Manager, Malik spent 11 years in various senior management positions with Solectron. Sajjad has an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a bachelors of science degree from California State University.
