Nu Visions, Veritek Manufacturing become OnCore Manufacturing

Merger offers customers superior quality, reliability and speed to market

Springfield, MA,  January 14, 2008 – OnCore Manufacturing Services (OnCore) is the new name of Nu Visions Manufacturing LLC, it was announced today. The name change marks another milestone for the  combination of Nu Visions and Veritek Manufacturing as it delivers best in class electronics manufacturing services to its core Defense/Aerospace, Medical and Industrial customers.

With its combined and integrated resources, OnCore provides customized new product design-related services, printed circuit board, subsystem and system assembly, and supply chain services from five North American manufacturing centers.
