OnCore Manufacturing strengthens management with addition of Brent Jensen as CFO

Springfield, MA, March 7, 2008 — OnCore Manufacturing Services (OnCore) has strenghtened its management team with the addition of Mr. Brent Jensen as its first Chief Financial Officer, it was announced today. The move bolsters OnCore’s financial foundation as the electronics manufacturing company pursues a strategy to provide industry-leading supply chain solutions to customers in Defense, Medical and Industrial markets.

The Company was rebranded as OnCore after the merger of Nu Visions Manufacturing and Veritek Manufacturing, announced in January. The addition of Mr. Jensen as CFO establishes the financial leadership necessary for OnCore to achieve its short and long-term business goals.

Mr. Jensen applies extensive international technology experience in electronics, semiconductors, biotechnology and manufacturing to his new post. His management experience includes work in financial and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), strategic planning, investor relations, treasury and risk management.

Jensen has demonstrated exemplary financial leadership in public equity offerings, private capital placements, public debt offerings, bank debt negotiations and acquisitions. Prior to joining OnCore, Jensen served as the Chief Financial Officer at Advent Solar, Jazz Semiconductor, ZARS Pharma and AMI Semiconductor. Jensen holds a BS Accounting and a MAcc from Brigham Young University.
